When the service is complete, I’d like it if the service advisor would meet up with me and just explain what type of service was done and/or be there to answer any questions if I would have in regards to the results of the service. In this case over the intercom it was announced to me to go to the cashier to pay and pick up the vehicle, with the cashier not knowing what type of service was resulted.
