Worst service ever from Hardin! Service rep attitude changed when I told him I was in for a FREE oil change and didn’t want a $20 tire rotation. He wrote up the wrong completion time, and wouldn’t show his face when the service was complete. Give me a break, 3 hrs for an oil change. Then oil was dripping on my driveway from my car that never leaked before. Service rep, service time, excuses, and service all subpar...they all sucked! Thanks for a bad day!

Way too long of a time for an oil change. I watched people with greater problems wait less then I did. When I would ask about my car I was given different excuses. Please understand this was my first oil change with my new car. All that was needed was an oil change. In 39 years of owning cars. This was the longest time I have ever waited for an oil change. I is very unlikely I will ever be back. I am very unhappy with your service. So please delete me from your system.

My car Axle is ordered but I wasn’t given any Loaner car , Im drving the same car with voices in it !! My car is under warranty and they will fix it adter the parts are avaiable . There should be a Loaner car policy in this case too other companies dont have soo much strict Policies on this . Really disappointed by Honda this time.
