Alfredo was friendly and professionally. My car was done by the time frame Alfredo had promise. Also Juan (service facilitator) was very nice, friendly, and pleasant. He was on top of things (coming and going). When customer coming in for service, he would facilitate to the job to the different Service Manager and promptly called to have the car brought up when the customer had paid for their car service. Although there was construction in Hardin Honda lot, service was done in nice and timely order.
