Great costumer service and Alfredo was extremely helpful. We plan to come back in the future if our Honda needs any service.

I went in on June 5 2019 for the 90,000 mile service which includes a brake inspection and adjustment of rear brakes. The very next day on the 6th I started hearing noise when I applied the brakes. I went back to Hardin and explained Bout the noise. I informed that the brakes were fine and the noise was normal. That I had about till my next service interval. Today on the 7th the noise was worse so I took my car to an independent service station. They Informed me that the pads were ok but my rotors would be to thin if they turned then, also the rear brake drums could not be removed probably due to them not being adjusted as the major service A12/B12 instructs to do . I personally looked at the rear brakes and could tell that the boot where you look to see if the brakes shoes are ok was not even moved. Because of this ,I have lost confidence in your service department. I seriously doubt that I will be returning to your service department for any more services.
