Chris was very unprofessional... I went in today for a simple oil change and came out with an issue concerning my sunroof. I was completely respectful and cordial in expressing my concern, he didn't even bother saying sorry for the inconvenience instead he said "its not our responsibility and my car is too old" I guess my car is do old it's not worth even getting up out of your chair and taking a quick look. I went across the street to speak to Omar the manager, Omar was very professional and respectful and took the time to look at my sunroof. Unfortunately we couldn't figure it out but it was the simple fact that he tried. I shook his hand and thanked him for caring. I don't think I'll ever go back to the Honda oil express service again, as I'll be going to the Yorba Linda Honda instead to do my regular service. But thank you Omar you are a true pro.
