This is the3rd time I had to bring in my car for the work that was installed in the car at time of purchase I was not good the lark tech doesn’t work on tuesdays so now I have to bring my car back again in day that he is there I know an alarm is not a big issue but I feel since it’s installed and is a safety feature I paid for it should work .. not satisfied with you service department at all and u no longer provide car washes

The customer service is always spot on like always but today the air conditioning was not working in the waiting room nor in the service advisor offices! Not only myself but everyone else in the waiting room was burning up hot. It had been 100°+ degrees the last two days so it was like an oven inside the waiting room. 2 hours of being uncomfortable. I hope the AC gets fixed sooner or later.
