Love my car. Love my service. I am completely satisfied with Honda. I used to be a Volkswagen owner and loved having a Volkswagen. But now it seems Honda has given Volkswagen a run for their money. I don't think I'll ever go back to another car now that I have Honda.

I’m extremely unhappy because Byron was trying to charge/quote me an obscene amount for an issue that was caused by your dealership. I brought my car to be serviced in 2017 due to a manufacturer recall for airbags. My car was serviced and when I left I noticed the passenger airbag light was on. A week or so later I went back to get it looked at and the passenger airbag light had turned off before I got to the service center. the gentleman who assisted me at that time told me because the light was off there was nothing he could do, so I left. That’s two times that I was inconvenienced by Honda. I find it extremely ridiculous that you’re not willing to fix the issue your team created. I plan on bringing this issue to the attention of the Honda corporate office because it seems asinine to have a “Southern California helpful Honda team” when they’re team can’t even fix their own mistakes.

No issues with the oil change. I was told my battery tested low. I had AAA test it and it came back fine. They provided me a copy of the test results. No one at Honda pushed me to buy a battery. I just wanted to let you know so you check your test your equipment. It would be nice if the customer was provided a copy of the test results.
