The last time I had my car serviced, it was at a different Honda Delaership in Southern California - they were rude, disrespectful, lied to me about my car and tried to take advantage of me.
I shared this with Alfredo and asked him to be honest and respectful since I am trying to do right by my car with always having a Hi da dealership do the service.
Alfredo took one look at my previous receipt, acknowledged the issues with their work and promised to do right by me and my car.
He absolutely delivered on that - my car was ready promptly, with the requested service completely, no useless charges or attempts to upsell me.
I will absolutely come back to Hardin for my next service since they were respectful and did right by me and my Honda.

I feel I was cheated. From my research, my car's break fluid shouldn't have been changed. I am also disappointed that my car wasn't washed at least on the exterior. Toyota always did it.
