When I purchased the car, I immediately noticed that the drivers window was squeeking when rolling and down. I spoke to the sales person who advised to bring in anytime to service can take a look at it. When I first brought it in, I was told that I needed an appointment so made and appointment and then came back. When checking I was told that a part had to be ordered and to bring in the following day. I tried calling Alfredo at 8am and then again at 9:30am and left messages. I was not told that he is off for the day. Later when I called again I was then transferred to parts who confirmed that part was ready and then again spoke to service who said I can bring the car in. I am not told it will take 4 hours when it is a 2 hour job. I have wasted my whole day in just getting something fixed which was a manufacturers fault. The service agent who just called and said that I could have gone to a another dealer which was close by since I live in Chino Hills. It seems that you don't want customers to return back to you!
