Joseph kept me informed and advised of service options. Aside of Joseph - when Ford has recalls for cars they should make sure the parts needed for the repairs are available so multiple trips to a dealership aren’t needed. Not 1 pending recall could be addressed so instead of me taking 1 days off to sit there and get things fixed multiple trips are required.

Hi, I would like to comment on the following things that likely need management attention. 1. Not sure when the word “****” became regular vernacular around there but your workers shouldn’t be talking like that to each other with customers around. The dealership is a place of business and so I would remind your staff not to have such loose lips. Chaz is a manager and should correct that for the people that work around him at that desk up front in the showroom and whoever is in charge of the porters that go back and forth to the service desk needs to correct them. 2. Was Ramphis the only guy on duty Saturday? If so, that does not work. He was clearly in distress trying to run everything. 3. Parts department closed on Saturdays? What? Why? 4. I didn’t get a video from the technician when my vehicle was being serviced. 5. My vehicle was not supplied with an updated window sticker telling me when the next oil change was.
