Remember the express oil change comes with a tire rotation as indicated. I shouldn’t have had to insist. The employee at the service desk (where I paid) could have contacted my service representative when I asked for him. Instead she said to go outside and find him. 2 hours for an oil change is too long for a scheduled appointment. Nothing express about it. The employee at the service desk said a diagnostic test was $190.00 but she didn’t seem sure. She appeared lazy. I did like my service rep only because he reminded me of my uncle. Not sure if I will be back or not but hope you make some changes. Thank you.
