Matthew Bomberger, who checked me in, was fantastic. He met a problem when the recall part that was supposed to be in wasn't there. I had been called to say it was and Matt had me hang on while he fixed the problem. The part was there and I left my car there to have the recall part installed. The next problem I had was with the shuttle. I had to wait about an hour to get home.
But, if Matt hadn't been so professional and awesome, I would have left never to come back. He saved the day.
