Great as usual. The associate that helped me was Darron Guy was very helpful even with their computer system was down he had everything under control i was out within an hour. Service sucked... The rep was rude and disrespectful and spoke with a condescending tone over the phone. He said the total was wrong and would be less and corrected when we signed the paperwork and it would be fixed when I come to pick up car the next day and didn't mention the next day was his day off so he was not there. He lied. Not to mention he got the cost of repairs total wrong left a voicemail saying there was a mixed up and blamed it on the associate that helped me when I checkout and picked up my car instead of taking responsibility for his own actions. And they never called me when my car was finished I called. I will never step foot at this dealership again. I DO NOT Want MATT BOMBERGER TO CALL ME...... Poor customer service should not be rewarded with conversation. I don't get paid to leave work early to make it to dealership before closing to fix Toyota's mistakes.
