I had a 7:00 am appointment and I was on time. The wait time to have my tires rotated and to have my fluid levels checked was almost 2 hours. The coffee in the waiting are was like mud. I threw it out. When my RAV4 was finished with its service the dirty flour mats and plastic was left in my car and not discarded. I took my previous convertible Solara to Tustin Toyota for 19 years and I as always delivered top notch customer service. They always asked if I wanted my car washed. This is not the service I was told about 6 months ago when I purchased my RAV4 XLE Premium. I was disappointed!

No issue with Danielle my service provider, she is friendly and knowledgeable.
I am unsatisfied with the wait times for simple, routine service. The wait times have never been great but 50% of the time I could at least get an oil change in under 2 hours. Checking in for my appointment was also unsatisfactory. My service provider was helping another customer so I waited and watched many vehicles that came after my arrival proceed to go before me. I had an appointment for the 10,000 mile toyota care service and still waited 3 hours for my vehicle. I also purchased my vehicle from toyota of hemet with an extended warranty and now dread having to come here ever 5,000 miles and wait another 3 hours.
