Anthony Schempp was extremely busy the day I came in. Everyone had gone to lunch. He was answering phones, dealing with walk-ins and processing incoming and outgoing service customers. Yet somehow, he kept his cool and smiled warmly through it all. My appointment was handled efficiently, expeditiously and satisfactorily! He is great about explaining everything prior to the service and after. While waiting for my car, I found that other employees, including the cashier, were also very kind and helpful! Kudos to your staff and customer interaction...they make the whole experience easy and pleasant! JC

Ray did a very good job. the wait was far too long - 110 minutes. i am sure it didn't take longer than 15 minutes to service my car, so i need to find out what time is best to bring my car in without having to wait so long. my car is running great with no problems.

Service was in general excellent. The completion time was slower than estimated because a required part was incorrect as received and had to be reordered. However, this was at worst a minor glitch. I greatly appreciate that my truck was washed because I had not had time to wash it before bringing it in to the shop.
