I'm extremely satisfied with the service done by Gosch Toyota, especially by my service writer, Darron Guy. The employees in that office are truly nice, including the shuttle drivers, Brandon and Ariel. I am also very impressed with the luxurious guest waiting room, along with the bottled water, coffee and snacks of fruits, power bars, donuts, popcorn, etc. Many Thanks for excellent service.

I had a poor experience today at your dealership. I made an appointment and I was on time. My service writer Sydney did a good job advising me that they were behind in the service department. She offered me a shuttle home if I could leave my car and not wait. I waited for the shuttle for over an hour and went back to the service department for an update on my car. I was the told it was still behind 2 other cars for service. I was upset at this point. I waited over an hour for a 10,000 mile service (an oil change). Which I was told would take 2 hours. I left with my car unserviced and will take it to another Toyota service in the future. I purchased my Toyota from your dealership and I expected better service.

I CAN'T believe that you are cheating the customers by listing things as done, while it has not been done. And when the customer asked about the matter, the answer is,yes it's not done for a reason but we should list it as done anyway as a part of the service.
So what about the other staff of the service that are listed as done! !!!!!!!
Should I blieve in what is written about the service after that?????? How do you expect the customer to trust you if you are dishonest?
