My appt was at 8am to have the recalled air bags replaced. I was told that it would take no longer than 4 hrs. I called at 130 pm and was told it wouldn't be ready until 330pm. Mind you there were no cars there when I arrived and none there when I picked up. In addition, they placed the wrong tag on my keys so took literally 15-20 minutes to find them! Needless to say it was not a great visit.

I dont want anyone to contact me. It was explained to me that things were in the process of changing. But even so, after my recall work and oil change, it took 4 calls to get my vehicle brought out to me, of which it took only 2 and a half minutes to wash and dry the truck. 2 and a half minutes! ? Why bother? From the beginning, with my initial phonecall to set up an appointment to the end of picking up my truck, it was not an efficient or pleasant time. If it was impossible to complete work on time requested, it would have been better to tell me so. If all this was because of being short staffed, then that is just bad management. The only pleasant part of the time there was while paying my bill. The cashier was very nice.
