Not really fair or right on toyota's responsibility to only have one desk person show up to work..... understandable " some " were sick, come on now !! Monday is a slow , less profitable day , so employees had a long weekend at the inconvenience of your customers. Ruben handled matters the best he could with politeness..deserves more money for what you subjected him to. Until I brought it to a mechanics attention after work was complete, there was neglect on tightening an item because of wanting to sell me a new part which I can't afford at this time ....mind you the mechanic did do a good job

Horrible customer service, the person did not explain what I was signing. Just told me to sign at the "x" When I asked what it was that I was signing the person seemed annoyed that I asked a question. Nothing was explained to me I was concerned what it was I was signing. There was three people ahead of me and the person there didn't even acknowledge me. Not a great impression as for customer service. Not a good experience at all maybe I'll have to go to the Escondido location next time.
