I was told to Hv car there by 10: that it would take 3 hours, then when I checked in they said give them until 2:00 and it was completed at 3:30 so it was near 5 1/2 hours, I would Hv made other arrangements, but service guys were great and very efficient . The pretty young gal that helped me download the app for GPS in vehicle was extremely knowledgeable n helpful, thank you
