William did a fantastic job communicating the findings on the vehicle and was very knowledgeable. I was very happy with his patience and customer service. After deciding on purchasing the parts to perform the work myself he was still informing and updating me on other recommendations for parts that I might need. After I paid the invoice and left in my vehicle he still sent me an updated text to confirm the location of the faulty coil and that was the icing on the cake.Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.
