This is the first time I have to tell a service advisorseveral times that I need a car wash. He wants me to remind him after a few hours when he can take a note at the time that I am requesting it. He tells me I need a wheel alignment because my vehicle is already 30k miles without telling me any indication like abnormal tire wear.
