I received a letter today saying maintenance at 25,000 would be 49.99 and up with my Ford Focus it should have been able to receive the smaller charge since it is a inexpensive car from other models. I used my credit if 11.00 approx and it still cost me 59.00. I consider this an overcharge based on really an oil change and a quick look over car inspection which a simple computer could and probably did in a matter of a minute.

There was lots of miscommunication and no communication between the staff members in the service department. The pricing of the different things that my service required was not communicated clearly to me. They had my vehicle for more than two days and all that was done was a tire rotation and oil change. Communication with me during the process was extremely poor.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a shuttle, while 3 shuttles picked up people who were waiting less than 15 minutes. Then the driver went to the Toyota dealership to pick up a lady with 2 infants (1 a newborn) who had also been waiting over 2 hours. Very unsat. Took vehicle in for a recall to get registered. Found out the next day at DMV I was not given proper paperwork. When I called I was placed on a "brief momentaty hold" I drove 20 miles to your dealership (still on hold) and hung up when I went to the service dept. It took 3 different people to finally figure out how to fill out a simple for, then the phone in service rang. It was the operator telling them I was on hold to talk to someone. Not only unsat, but beyond comprehension to say the least. But yet 15 min later, I go to the Chevy dealer (Gosch as well) and the service advisor greeted me friendly, professionally, and by first name. Maybe your Ford service manager needs to go to Chevy and learn how a service dept should be run.

Advisors did everything they can to avoid any repairs i was asking about that was part of warranty even if they didnt know if it was covered or not. Waited for a very long while even with an appointment. The place looked terrible and looked like it was falling apart. Most ford dealerships and service areas looked more acceptable thab this place. Probably Will never go back again!

I may be misunderstanding something..but I was told that the warranty we bought COVERED EVERYTHING (except the headliner) I was not expecting to pay for wipers and or the rental car..I also asked for my front lighter or phone charger to be fixed and it still doesn't work..I think your people are very nice. But my warranty mis-leading

Have an appointment on Wed 4/20 9am. Was asked if it was ok to keep it until 4/21. Wasn't worked and fixed until Tues 4/26. Left message on Friday 4/22 to check status with no call back. Why give appointments if you can work on it for 5 days?? I have always gotten good service in the past but this service was disappointing.
