Mike was great but your prices are not. 4 coils in 4 months? Spark plugs done a 50k? All in $2800 for a major tune up. Not a good look ????

One recommendation is to let the customer know if parts to repair are in stock.
If not, recommend an option to the client that the part(s) will be ordered and the dealership will notify the customer when to bring the vehicle back. This would be a viable option the the vehicle is safe to drive and reduces down time if the customer needs the vehicle to perform their job.
As in my case, my Sherwin Williams van was out of service from a Friday to the following Friday. As a result it resulted in (5) days of lost work pay.
Continuous improvement is the name of the game. Thx
