I took my car in on 5/12/16 it needed a lot of work, that was fine. BUT waiting over an hour for a ride and was not. My wife needed the car on 5/13 till 10:00 Gosch had to order parts so I got over to GOSCh at 9:45 on Friday I waited over an hour again. I got home at 11:30. There was a shuttle Van sitting there the whole time.

It was great from beginning to end. From the appointment process to meeting my service representative Phil Maggio, Who was very professional,courteous and had me in and out in a very short period of time. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would if I visit the 10 courteous and had me in and out in a very short period of time. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would if I visit the 10.

I'm always happy with my service at Gosch Ford Hemet. I've bought many vehicle there and have had a lot of service done and it has always been great. My last visit with my new 2015 super duty I did bring in to have my stearing wheel straightened and it didn't get fixed so I will have to bring it back for that. That has been my only issue ever but my last oil change this week the service tech said he would make sure it gets taken care of for me. Thanks again for everything .

I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment at 10:00 a.m. they had not looked at car. Waiting time for diagnosis is too long. Also, the cost for repairs is extremely high. A turtle moves faster than the service advisor.

As usual, everyone I spoke with or came into contact with, starting with the service manager, down the line including last, but not least, the shuttle driver was totally dedicated to their job, the customer was #1 on the list, seeing to his needs or service to his automobile.
