The car rental experience made me having to explain myself about the gasoline consumption. A waste of time.
When I checked out the vehicle from Toyota Dealer, the representative was standing outside of the car, and from that angle, she stated that the gas tank was at 3/4 full. But when you sit in the driver seat, it is actually a little over 1/2 tank.
I was probably drove about 6 or 8 miles at most for the total car rental time.
Toyota Dealer should have logged the actual vehicle mileage when checking-in / check-out so they will khow how much gas was used ( just in case if there is a discrepancy ). They nearly made me pay for a quarter of a gas tank, which I did not use.
In the end, I had to tell Toyota to review the actual mileages that I drove.
They knew I was right. This experience was a waste of time for everyone. Not a pleasant experience after I paid $1,053.13 worth of maintenance service.
This experience has nothing to do with Diana professionalism.

I was shocked to see that approx 20 miles had been added to the car mileage in the day it had been with Piercy Toyota. The tires were checked and all points check made to the subsystems, but nothing seemed to warrant the mileage incurred during the day. Makes me wonder what it had been used for. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

I purchased a pair of new tire, one of them was deflated in a few hours, and left me with no car on sunday, and i had to bring it back for repair
Apparantly the tire valve was loose, first and probably the most important thing to check on a new tire
Also a piece of plastic lid/cap was left open behind the glove storage in the car

On the phone when I was making appointment, the associate told me it would take only 2 hour or so so I never planned someone to drop me off and pick me up. On the morning I got there, Raze told me it would take a whole day, which hit me unprepared. I managed to get a uber my first time thanks Google map. Then around only 1pm he texted me that the car is ready. But he told me it would take a whole day and I already made other plans according to what he told me. It's very confusing instruction from him!!

I had the brake plus installed. Everything was great, but no one communicated with me that a sticker advertising the system would be placed on my rear window. It was removed but, it is probably something that should be specifically asked permission to do.
