Walter was very professional and discussed with me the different items involved in my regular maintenance visit. He and his team finished servicing my Prius in less than an hour and a half, which was nice!

When I arrived I was told the job would be completed within two hours( oil replacement).My advisor,Raymond ,said it would be less time than that. So I waited. When two hours where up I saw that the vehicle was still on the rack. Went to Advisor and said if job was not done get the keys and I will go somewhere else. He called teck and was told the job was almost done. So I waited. The Advisor saw that I was not pleased on the time it took and did not charge for the job. On the Visual check list it says exterior lighting FAIL. My son and I checked every light last night and see any light not working . Maybe it was to bright in the shop to see the lights.
