Diana Gonzalez texted me at 2:40pm saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I went to the cashier, paid for the services as l usually pay at SF Toytota, Walnut Creek Toyota and Dublin Toyota just like l usually do in the last 14 years and then once l paid for the service, l walked out and someone came to help me at 3:20pm. In the mean time, Diana was right inside where she could see me standing and waiting outside for so long and did nothing. I walked inside and asked her what l needed to do to get someone to help me and she said: “Just give the paper work to someone!!!”
Then l said: “Someone who??!” There were 2-3 other customers waiting outside too and one of them was a bit impatient too (he brought a white truck) and also went to Diana to complain.
Before l left, l talked to one of the managers and said “l’ll never comeback to Milpitas Toyota”
