Raymond is pretty knowledgeable in the car service. He did guide me to make the correct decision for maintenance. He cares about customer’s feeling and listens to what customer’s need.

Worst experience of my life because my appointment was at 8:40 in the morning and i was told it would be ready at 12 latest at 1 and once it turned 1 they told me to wait a little more so i waited and people started leaving and i was the last one there then when i asked if it was ready they told me it wouldnt be ready today because they were missing a part so they had me waiting there the whole time and not once did they mention them not having a part and to top it off the next day once it was “ready” it was not even ready they did a very bad job because the dashboard was lifted and the screen protector is loose im truly very disappointed with the service here.
