Miguel’s interaction with me was rude. When I said I wanted to wait on some service recommendations, he replied that that was what I said last time and I still haven’t scheduled it.
When my car was ready, he just handed me a sheet to go to the cashier without explaining what was done and what needed to be done.

So far so good I hope it will last but in the past I have dealt with this problem three times and it did not last. I purchased my van from Piercey in 2000 received delivery in October 2000, I have trusted Piercey with 98% of the care, (oil change has been done by someone else) I trust Piercey. Hopefully it will not change.

I requested to have the alignment checked due to the steering wheel being off-center and technician ruled that there were no issues found just by test-driving and not performing the proper alignment procedure. I’m not convinced that a test-drive is worth $125.
