My communication with Francisco was the smoothest by far in the few years I have been at the Toyota dealership. Usually, there is a lag in the service because I have to call the representative back to confirm a necessary update. While I appreciate the call, I appreciated that Francisco communicated via text. It was much faster and efficient and my car was ready in just a few hours. Please encourage the team to text as well as call --this is honestly such a preferred mode of communication!

I wish when I make an appointment online, it will mentioned what recall is available for my vehicle, and what prep work I need to do prior to bringing the vehicle. I was told about the gas tank recall require d me to fill the gas tank after I got there.
