I haven’t received any update/call for vehicle pick up after the service was completed.
I tried calling multiple times and have even initiated the text on Kris Sharma contact number for any update on my vehicle but was unanswered.

Bad service waited 1 hr until finally I was helped I was late for work . Advisers need to pay more attention to customers as they arrive seems like they don’t care when I arrived at 1030am my appt was at 1040am I was not helped or seen by adviser until I had to request a manager and finally manager asked adviser to write up the work order. Left there until almost 1145am. Bad service I will go to other dealer next time!!!

Jazz left the building without letting me know about
my car. If his shift ended before my car was ready he
he should have notified me and said another adviser
would let me know about my car. At 5:45 I went to
see why my car wasn’t ready and found out that
that it had been ready for pickup for quite awhile;
Jazz also recommended a service I didn’t need.
