Marvin Mallari went above and beyond and even got me a free rental car for a day while my two car keys with the fob were being made. He did this as a courtesy since the keys never came on time. I appreciate it so much since I needed a vehicle to take my children to and from their extracurricular activities on Saturday.

I liked the way service manager interacted with me when I first arrived. But later when I went to pick up my car they were all so rude. At the cashier counter the guy didn’t wanted to want to talk. I said “thanks” before I left he didn’t even care to reply. When I went back to the service manager after I was done with the cashier she didn’t even want to talk it seems.
The guy who brought back my car was also very rude and want even listening when I asked him something.
Also, I went to the finance department to talk about my lease option this guy didn’t even let to sit, seems like he talks only what he wants to talk and never listen to anybody.
Jesus, these stuffs really need to learn some customer interaction.
