Mr. Wong can’t find my appointment, but mr. Wong give extra effort and call part department if there’s parts for me. I think that’s good service just to make customer happy and texting to update the service.

Showed up on time for 8AM appointment. Based on extension of estimated completion time, I filled out a shuttle request form at 8:55AM. Form was ignored by three separate shuttle drivers. By 10:47 AM, the first shuttle driver returned and realized that I was still sitting there waiting for my name to be called. By that time, I was told my car was almost ready and it would not be in my interest to take a shuttle home and possibly wait another two hours for a shuttle driver to pick me up. After noon, my car was ready and I had been sitting in the Piercey waiting area for more than four hours.
I wish to make clear that none of this was Reza's fault. My shuttle slip was ignored by three separate shuttle drivers. Even after realizing that I was still waiting and was cancelling my shuttle request, a driver still marked my destination of "Santa Clara" on the clipboard next to 10:40AM entry and took my yellow shuttle request form with him. When other drivers were asked why I was left behind, they claimed that my request form was never there.
After being a loyal customer of Piercey Toyota for more than twenty years, I have never been ignored and treated this badly. Hopefully this was a one-time occurrence that won't be repeated in the future.
