All my visits have been nothing but amazing ????????! From the time I enter the facility to the driveway staff, and then my service advisor Jason. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and excellent sertvice. I appreciate how Jason is able to assist and accommodate my vehicle maintenance needs in an efficient and timely manner. I also appreciate how he provides additional methods of preventive maintenance for my vehicle. I value that each employee including my service advisor Jason value my time and loyalty as a customer, and vise versa. Keep up the job well done Toyota Team!

This is not a complaint about the advisor who helped me. It is a complaint about how Piercey handled my specific situation. When I bought my car at Piercey back in December of 2017, I bought the additional fabric and paint protection for it. I was told someone at Piercey will contact me to set up an appointment to bring in my car for the above service. I waited more than a month and didn't receive any call. I had to call to set up the appointment myself. When I brought in my car for this service, the job was not fully done because of unavailable parts. The advisor rescheduled my appointment in a few days to have the job completed. I brought in my car on the appointment date and left it there for the service. Around noon time, I got a call telling me the parts were not available and to pick up my car and to call back to check when the parts are available. I wasted my time bringing in my car with no service being done. I called for the next few weeks and still no parts. Finally, the advisor called and told me the parts were available to bring my car into finish the job. Overall, I'm very dissatified with the whole process.
- Initial promised schedule appointment was not done.
- Does it take half a day to tell me the parts were not available?
- Why does it take so long to get the parts?
