Reza was not listening and a bit rude. Only wanted to upsell additional service. Once I told him I wasn’t interested in an alignment he was short and wouldn’t listen to me when asked him to look at door seal. He said it would cost $170 to diagnose. I said the coupon states you can do it for free, he said it will take hours to look into a seal. I have always lived piercy Toyota, but having Reza push me to the side and be a bit rude made me not want to get any additional service there.
