I want to start this message by saying that Hong Ly was great when checking in and picking up my truck from the dealership. The real issue is that I paid for the "Allstate protection service" when I purchased my truck. However, when I went to pick it up last Friday it was very easy to tell that my truck hadn't even been washed yet alone a super special secret paint protector that lasts a lifetime. This can only be described as a serious deception from your service department and a down right rip off. Upon purchasing the brand new vehicle, I spent $500+ to protect it. One would think that you would have some type of quality control to ensure the paid service is provided to maintain the customer’s trust. No only did I wastefully have to provide my own transportation Friday morning until late afternoon, due to the sub-standard condition of my vehicle on Friday, I was without my vehicle for the entire day on Friday and had to take time out of my schedule to pick up my truck Saturday. This is really unacceptable and leaves me very skeptical for the next 5 years (another additional service I paid for). Again, I want to state that Hong did a great job in provided great customer service. It is the quality of the service that has left me seriously unhappy with your establishment
