I have been coming to Piercy Toyota since 2008,when I first purchased my 2008 Rav. I also have a 2005 Ford Ranger. It has never been serviced, other than oil change. I don't trust any other car services. I really like Mr.Brian Woods, also, who is the advisor I always go to. I called to see if Toyota would take my Ford. The answer was yes. I was so relieved. I did book with Mr. Woods, and he was not there when I arrived Thursday morning. However, Ms Ly assisted me.
I am considering purchasing a new vehicle. I was not sure if I would purchase a Toyota again. However, with the great service I just received and knowing that Mr. Woods will not be leaving soon. If he is not available, Ms Ly will be able to assist me. I will be making a new car purchase soon at Piercy Toyota

Rear center brake light on my Highlander hybrid was changed. The panel fell off when I opened the trunk door and the fastening clips are broken. The light biulb popped out of the socket. The socket has either been torn or melted out of its housing. I am quite disappointed!
