I was never called to tell me my car was done. My wife dropped me off at 6:40pm. I went into service asking about my vehicle. Someone helped me because Hong had left for the day. Only then did he tell me it looks like my car was done. If I hadn’t gone to the service depot and asked, I wouldn’t have received my car. I told Hong I needed my car same day because I was going to Los Angeles the next morning.

Excellent service. Jason was focused on getting my car maintenance completed in an expeditious manner. He was courteous and professional. He addressed my service request and had me back on the road. One aspect he did not control is the “video” your technician took of my car. It would be great if he spoke into the video unit loud enough and close enough to the mic so that I could hear the audio portion as he reviews my car’s service.
