Last time I was quite satisfied Toyota service for my 1st car from Toyota, but not this time for my 2nd car
1. Last time, I was able to have shuttle sending me back to my home in Cupertino. Although it doesn’t fit the policy. But this time, it took around 1 hour before someone informed me Cupertino is out of range of shuttle. I don’t want understand why it took such long time?
2. I was informed my car is ready for picking up after service is done. It took around half hour just delivering my car. Moreover, a lady from cashier ask me to wait outside, which is 85F and it took half hour. For me it’s again very hard to understand why it took so long?
Comparing my last nice experience with Toyota service, I’m very disappointed the service I got this time.

The Rent a Car person, Christina Hernandez, looked very tired when she provided the service to me and the person infront of me. Her attitude was cold and mean. It can be improved.
I brought 2 brand new cars at this Great Mall Location, and all of my auto maintenances were serviced here.
Last I check, this a Toyota Dealer/ Facility. I brought more businesses here and paid for them. It is the least that I get a “ Thank You “ and a little appreciation.
Also, I just had my other Acura vehicle service at the Stevens Creek location a couple days ago and they provided an excellent job. —They provide a service with a smile.

I think the service was great. I enjoyed how they provided a video. However, when i got my car back my tire pressues were all off. I was told that they were all 35psi. But when i checked it on my dash all 4 had different numbers.
Overall i would 3.5/5
