Despite having coupons for oilchange with multipoint inspection i was charged 99$ and nothing really great was done! When i came to pick the car at 5pm there was no one available to even assist / explain with what really
Was checked/fixed. Last but not least no car wash/cleaning! Other dealerships like stevens creek toyota provide far better customer service for almost same or less charges
