Debra, my service advisor either was clueless or she tried to push unnecessary services which I did not wish to have. Then in my confusion, she had me signed the document. My first bad service experience at Piercey Toyota.

Jason was very disrespectful! I asked for an estimate for the extra service my car needed and he just shouted a price and walked away. Don’t you people print estimates anymore and have some kind of customer service friendliness?
I was at Piercey 6 months ago and Marvin was accommodating. That’s the reason why I came back this time.
I will not be returning to get my car serviced nor do my breaks here no longer.
