came into California on a vacation road trip when my check engine light came on then got a flat tire. called in the morning and you guys took care of me right away. even took me back to my hotel to wait then brought me back. thank you it was a great experience. my truck is running great and the tire repair was awesome.

Today 7/5/18, I dropped off my car for my maintenance appointment at 12 and drove off out of the lot around 4.30 just for a basic service - no oil changw. I was told that wait time will take about 1-2 hours which is typical just like every other time I go for one. I asked to be dropped off at the mall, 2 hr had passed, no call or anything so I wait a bit more cause the shop might be busy. Another hour went by and I called. I was told that I already took my car because paperwork was already completed - which kind of freak me out for a second. Told them no and that I’m still waiting for the call to let me know that it’s done. Apprently my car has been done and ready for pick up for a while now without me knowing. No text, no call - nothing. Had to wait for another hour to get picked up, paper work was not even at the cashier. I had always had a pleasant experience every time I have mantainance done at piercy but I felt that it was a bit silly that I was forgotten and nobody bother to check to make sure. I hope this is just a one time thing since the guy that suppose to help me - Clint - seems pretty new.

I waited for over 5+ hours for have 5000 miles and smog check done. It is way too ridiculous! I have used Piercey Toyota Service for 15+ years; I never have to wait that long to get these two simply tasks done in such long time.

I'm filling a formal complaint with corporate headquarters about **** Toyota service my wife waited there for over 4 hours just to get a tire repaired and no one ever asked her how she was doing or if she needed anything! If I have to I'll get my lawyer involved, plus they charged me over $150 just to rotate and balance one tire they told me one price a couple days ago and then told me another price when my wife showed up to get it fixed
