When we dropped off the car, my husband and son were told by Jazz Singh that he could not accept the coupon we presented because Pierce toyota did not accept competitor coupons. By 5 pm, no call to provide update on car. When I called, I was told Jazz had left for the day. Ur my car was ready for pick up. Very poor service up to that point.
When I came in, I spoke with Marvin who happened to be there and asked to speak with the service manager. I explained that unlike my usual excellent experience at the dealership which is why I switched from the Steven’s creek location to Piercey, my service experience from being told no coupons and no service call left me very dissatisfied. He apologized as the coupon should have been accepted and also switched my service advisor to Marvin who took very good care of my needs. Great job Marvin!

Marvin was great! My battery did not hold a charge after 5 years and was still under a 7 year warranty coverage. Marvin said he would have to charge and stress test my battery and indeed it did fail. Marvin did the warranty paperwork and I took home the new replacement battery. Thanks Marvin!!
