I scheduled the 5K and 40K services with Ms. Hong Ly for two of my Toyota sedans. I arrived on-time as scheduled. Hong is a wonderful lady who arranged the team to perform the services on two of my Toyota sedans at the same time. The services were finished 20 minutes by the committed time. What the great experiences that I had with this facility via wonderful service agent Ms. Hong Ly. Definitely will come again :)

The service advisor did not even look at my previous service record and ordered oil change. My previous service (which was performed 5,000 miles ago) already had oil change which should be good for 10 thousand miles according to Toyota recommendation. In addition, I ordered a service plan in my previous service, but the previous service advisor did the service but did not do the service plan. So now I don’t have service plan to cover my routine maintenance. This is VERY BAD
