1) despite I made an appointment, the regular service took from 10:30 am until about 2:30 pm and I have been sitting there without getting notifications. I have to walk to Samuel to ask him for update and he even didn't update me despite my request! (He said he will notify me but he didn't care to update me!) 2) the oil changing , tire rotation and filter changing cost 200$ which is very expensive compare with other places. 3) Despite I have spent half day there, I have to bring back my car as the service did not complete!!! 4) As a costumer, I did not like the way Samuel behave especially I did not see a friendly behavior from him. I'm very dissatisfied and I am not sure I should return again to this branch!

Actual servicing seems satisfactory. Communication/updates to me about delays in servicing between Wednesday dropoff and Sunday completion was unsatisfactory. Rep contacted me later Weds to explain a/c prob and promised to contact me next day, but did not. All contact between Thurs and Sunday was initiated by me. On Thurs a rep told me the part (a/c compressor) was on order. On Friday I contacted rep, who told me the part arrived at 1 o'clock and car would be ready Saturday. I received no communication from anyone all day Saturday and most of Sunday until I initiated online Chat about 3pm, and also emailed the service rep inquiring about the delay and if there was a problem, and why no one had contacted me to update me on when car was expected to be ready. (I did not make voice call because of prob with my phone.) In my Chat, I requested to be contacted within 15 minutes. A half hour passed with no contact. I began another Chat to make the same request, and while on the Chat, a rep finally emailed me that car was ready (after my email to him). I don't blame Piercey for the delay in receiving the part, but a couple of simple quick email, text or voice messages to me between Thurs and Sunday (even if I did not initiate contact) could have told me what was happening and would have avoided a lot of concern and uncertainty on my part. If car performs normally, grade A for mechanical service; but grade D for unresponsive customer service. There's really no excuse for not pro-actively contacting a customer about a service delay in these days of available instant communication by multiple methods.
