I brought my truck last August 13,2017 to install my new wheels but it just a annoying and ridiculous experience i ever tried..First my wheels came out messed up because my new wheels have a lot of scratches,rashes,dent by installing the new wheels..My steering wheels was shaking so bad and then i go back to the dealership to fixed it..Unfortunately they dont fixed the issue neither they messed up again my wheels by scratching and saw a big dent..1 on the staff say “nexttime dont buy those wheels because they are very sensitive and easily to get scratches”.. i dont suggest to anyone this dealership specially the service department..Worse i ever had..

Worst customer service ever, he has no patience for me, I had a hard time understanding technician’s video because he talks too fast so I asked advisor to help me understand it, he said some number once and I still don’t understand, so I asked him to write the number down for me so I could read. he stared at me very bad, make me scared. I was so surprised then after about 5 seconds he finally printed it out. And I pointed out there is not clear logic between what the number mean and what need to be done, he just ignores me and no respond after I said thank you. I said many times of thank you for your patience and he never respond. To be honest I felt discriminated since English is not my native language. Call me if you need more detail ****-****-xxxx. Please consider my comment, I want justice. Thank you for your time! Have a good day!

Waited three hours for a tire rotation and inspection when it was not necessary. Apparently it was finished after one hour and I was waiting in the service department area. The agent said he looked for me twice but I had been sitting in the same spot since I got there. I would have waited longer if I had not asked if they were done.
