Our Toyota had an issue that was weird and strange that no body can discover it easily our first experience with Toyota Fremont was really unprofessional our advisor Mickey Gastrock couldn’t find out the problem but instead he wants us to change the brake pads and when I refused he said I shouldn’t have done any service for you it’s my mistake and I made a service for you for nothing
Then he asked me what do I do for living then said the car is ready now you can leave
But as the car still have the same problem several times we decided to check Toyota Milpitas where we met Kevin bettencourt who was very professional accurate and friendly he made us feel he took the problem as it s his car
The car is fixed and we are happy to drive our safe Toyota
What we can do to Kevin bettencourt
He should get a promotion and I feel I am not the only one who appreciates him

From the moment I drove up, I was greeted by Jasvir, who walked me through every aspect of what was to be done for my Prius. He was friendly, worked efficiently, and explained it all. I waited at the dealership and worked with my computer (great Wi-Fi at Piercey Toyota, by the way), and he kept me abreast of everything that was going on. When all the servicing was complete, he asked if I needed anything more, and offered to set up my next appointment. The entire experience was terrific, and as always I'm impressed by Piercey Toyota and its fine staff.

The coating on the inside of the car was messy and uneven. There were portions of the seats and portions of the inside that weren't coated at all with protectant. You can see it. Whomever did do the detail in our vehicle looked like they did a rushed job, because you can see spatters on our floor mats and portions of the interior that weren't taken care of. And on our way out of the parking lot my husband and I found stains on the sun roof that weren't there when we brought our brand new vehicle in. There were finger prints all over the car from the protectant used, you could see them all over the outside panel of the vehicle itself. If this is they type of "detail" service I'm going to expect from toyota I would much rather have it done elsewhere. We were happy with our vehicle prior to bringing it in, now I'm regretting getting talked into getting that package when we purchased our van.

Yes,but the driver seat was dirty, I did not notice tell I got home, because was in a hurry to get on the freeway to beat the traffic since it was Fri.
I had to clean my own seat at home, was no that way before, our new car was clean, told the tech.writer, care is clean, and no scratches, he told me, you will get it back that way, not!
