I’ve been having issues with my car for months now after it was supposedly fixed by an auto body shop in January. It is still making noise but they could not find the problem. My insurance required a diagnostics test be done to prove the issue was related to the accident before they would pay to have it fixed.
When I took my car in Winston really listened and seemed sincere in trying to help me get to the bottom of the issue. I’m sure I over shared due to a lot of my frustrations with my insurance and the auto body shop, but Winston was nice enough to listen.
When it came time to pick up my car Winston was very thorough in explaining the issues. He had great customer service.

Samuel the service attendant was great. However I made an appointment for noon. I arrived at 1130 and attended to promptly. I was in for oil change and tire rotation. I did not leave until 230. 3 hours, I was quite upset as I had to cancel an appointment. I understand it could have been busy, but I thought appointments were to avoid long wait times.
