Overall, I was satisfied, but I was confused by the video clip that I received. At checkout I was told that my car was in perfect condition, yet the video clip the stated it was in medium severity. Which is it?

I brought my car for 30K maintenance, while returning car back to me service representative literally left the car without saying a word, then I found the windshield cracked, there was noone to ask why they didn’t check the car before returning back to me. There was no answer. This might happen, I do get it, but after fixing the windshield when I went to get the car I found lots of glass pieces all over the dashboard! Again they called me to return the car without checking it. Before returning cars back to customers someone should check if eveything sounds fine with the car!

I appreciate the car being fixed and I appreciate a follow up list of maintenance I should look out for in the future . At first I thought dexter was okay, until I met and talked to clint who was extra friendly and attentive even though he was not assigned to me. Dexter was a bit dismissive and Cold compared to Clint. Also the vietnamese lady at the cashier was very condescending. Tell her to watch her attitude.

Wonderful customer service! I think that Piercey Toyota is outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was stellar. I had great help from Hong Lu and Todd Fitzsimmons, who helped me when I came to pick the car up. Todd was not even the one handling my case, but he stepped in as Hong just happened to be way from her desk. They both represented Piercey very well!
