This review is for the service dept. the service rep told me I had a nail on my tire and the tire is irreparable. He also told me to do brake fluid exchange plus other stuff. I took my car to Goodyear & they removed the nail & fixed the tire for free. They also said I don’t need to do brake fluid exchange. You gave me estimate of $800 for unnecessary repairs and I only spent less than $20 for the air filter with Goodyear.

Raymond was great! I wasn't happy with the cost of the tire sensors. Parts department quoted 112 for each. Friend of my owns a Toyota had her sensor replaced at 52 dollars for each. I will not be taking my car back to Toyota any longer. Prices are way too high can't afford the cost.
